Any suggestions/ideas for Season 2 [EHL]?

My suggestions =

• More (responsible) staff - (More people and less jobs per person) things get done faster
• Better General Managers
• New match report system or stringent rules
• Make a good EHL player conduct policy that addresses everything a player should follow and what is wrong or right
• 1 or 2 Forum Moderators - who go through forum and report things that violate the EHL rules/conduct policy. Also, these moderators can make posts in announcements or discussion to make the league more "interesting" + keep it in order
• Last but not least, make a FAQ page where people can find answers to frequently asked questions and the staff will not get bothered.

1. We'll have less jobs with the new forum so need for new staff. However more trustworthy and responsible staff is still needed, especially with Messi gone now.
2. Define "Better". You can't blame a GM for the skill of his players, but you can for what he does with them. I think we had good general managers this season. Aside from not turning in MR's everything worked fine.
3. What do you mean by new system? Like the way MR's are filled out or how they are posted? Next Season MR's should work a little bit more smoother with a new design and easy accessibility.
4. Working on re-writing the entire rule book this off season to make sure there are no loopholes.
